Petitioner and his counsel are called absent. Instant constitution petition has been filed, seeking directions to the respondents not to cause any harassment to the petitioner. Learned D.P.G. has pointed out that S.H.O. P.S. Shahrah-e-Faisal has filed comments in which he has stated that no harassment whatsoever has been caused by him to the petitioner and allegations are false. Learned D.P.G. further states that no harassment whatsoever shall be caused to the petitioner. Since the petitioner has chosen to remain absent today. Petition is dismissed on account of non-prosecution, in the above stated circumstances.
