After arguing the bail application at length learned counsel for the applicant says that directions for expeditious disposal of the main case be imparted. Counsel for the complainant as well as Assistant Prosecutor General has no objection for this. In the circumstances we, while dismissing the bail application, direct the trial Court to expeditiously proceed with the trial and preferably conclude the same within a period of 45 days and report compliance through M.I.T.
