Learned Additional Advocate General Sindh has submitted statement dated 25.10.2013 signed by the S.H.O. police station Garden, Karachi/respondent No.7, which is taken on record. It is stated in the said statement that Imran Aftab son of Muhammad Aftab, the person allegedly missing, is facing trial in F.I.R. No.60/2013 under section 6/9(c) of the Control of Narcotics Substances Act, 1997, registered at police station Defence, Karachi. Learned A.A.G. submits that Imran Aftab son of Muhammad Aftab is in custody. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since whereabouts of Imran Aftab son of Muhammad Aftab have now came on record, he does not press this petition, which is accordingly dismissed as not pressed.
