Mr. Kashif Hanif, Advocate for Petitioners

Mr. Sher Muhammad Shaikh, A.ddl: A.G. Sindh

          Mr. Shahzado Saleem Nahiyoon, A.P.G.

          -----------------------------------------------------

Mr. Kashif Hanif, counsel for the petitioner, contends that since the petitioner stands acquitted in both the crimes, the quashment whereof was sought through instant petitions, therefore, he has been instructed not to press the instant petitions as the purpose of filing of these petitions has been achieved and these petitions have become redundant. State counsel have no objection for withdrawal of these petitions. We consequently dismiss these petitions as withdrawn, conceding to the request that, if need be, the petitioner would be at liberty to avail appropriate remedy in accordance with law.
