4) Applicants/accused Yousuf Chottani and Mst. Shahnaz Bano seek pre-arrest bail in Crime No.39/2012 under sections 420, 468, 471/109 PPC registered at P.S. FIA, CBC, Karachi. It is inter alia contended that applicants/accused intend to surrender before the trial Court but Court is surrounded by the FIA officials. Applicants/accused apprehend arrest. Serious mala fide on the part of FIA has been alleged. It is further submitted presently case is pending in the Special Court (Offences in respect of Banks) Sindh at Karachi and NBWs have been issued against the applicants/accused.

Without touching the merits, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the applicants/accused for a period of 06 days subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.200,000/- (Rupees Two Hundred Thousand) each and P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Nazir of this Court. Applicants/accused are directed to surrender before the trial Court in the aforesaid period. In the meanwhile, operation of NBWs issued against the applicants/accused is suspended. This order shall cease to have it’s effect after expiry of 06 days.

This criminal bail application is disposed of, accordingly.
