Through instant criminal revision application the petitioner has prayed for return/release of seized prize bonds as reflected in seizure memo, prepared on 01.04.2009. Counsel contends that in Crime No.15/2009 the applicant was arrested and various articles were seized in terms of seizure memo, available at Page-17 at Entry No.9 of the said seizure memo, 146 prize bonds of the denomination of Rs.200/- and 139 prize bonds of the denomination of Rs.750/- are reflected which may be returned to the applicant. Counsel contends that application for return of prize bonds was rejected by the trial Court on account of status-quo order passed in C.P. No.D-2632/2010. He further contends that thereafter in the same crime Criminal Revision Application No.200/2010 was filed and a Bench of this Court has released some of the property in respect of co-accused. He therefore prays for extending similar treatment. Mr. Dilawar Hussain has no objection.

In the circumstances, the instant criminal revision application is allowed to an extent that 146 prize bonds of the denomination of Rs.200/- and 139 prize bonds of the denomination of Rs.750/- be returned to the applicant on proper verification and identification.

Instant criminal revision application is disposed of, accordingly.
