3&4) Learned advocate for petitioner argues that respondent No.2 and 3 are causing unnecessary harassment to the petitioner and they are acting contrary to law at the behest of private respondents Nos.4 and 5.

Mr. Haji Abdul Majeed, learned State Counsel, present in Court waives notice and states that the official respondents shall conduct themselves strictly in accordance with law and they shall not act contrary to law.

In these circumstances, learned advocate for petitioner is satisfied and does not press this constitutional petition, which is disposed of accordingly.
