1. Urgency granted.
2. Through CMA No. 13270/2024, counsel for
the petitioner/accused Muhammad Azhar Khan seeks extension in
protective/transitory bail granted to petitioner/accused for 07 days by this
Court vide order dated 05.06.2024 subject to furnishing solvent surety in the
sum of Rs.100,000/- and P.R bond in the like amount
with direction to surrender before the trial Court within the aforesaid period.
07 days period will expire tomorrow.
Counsel
for the petitioner/accused submits that daughter of the petitioner/accused is
lying ill at Qatar and he was looking after her, due to such compelling circumstances,
petitioner/accused could not surrender before the trial Court.
In
the above stated circumstances, a further period of 07 days is extended on same
terms and conditions. It is made clear that there will be no
further extension in case the petitioner/accused fails to surrender before the
trial Court in 07 days. Application stands disposed of.
