Through this constitution petition, petitioners have prayed for the following relief:

(a) The respondents No.2 and 3 may be directed to provide necessary protection under the law and not to harass the petitioners on the instigation of the private respondents.

(b) To restrain the respondent not to harass or compel for marriage without consent and will of the petitioner No.1 and 2.

(c) To direct the respondent No.3 to provide legal protection to the petitioners and not remove or kidnap the petitioners at any cost.

(d) To direct the respondent No.2 to 4 to provide protection to the life, honour and dignity of the petitioner.

(e) That respondent No.2 to 4 may be directed not to initiate any sort of proceedings on the basis of fake and false reports.

(f) Any other relief this court deems fit.

Mr. Khadim Hussain Khuharo, learned Deputy Prosecutor General Sindh, present in Court in some other case, waives the notice of this petition.

Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that official respondents at the instance of private respondents are causing undue harassment to the petitioner and have made their lives miserable. Mr. Khadim Hussain, learned D.P.G. undertakes that official respondents shall conduct themselves strictly in accordance with law and shall not indulge in any activity contrary to law. Official respondents are further directed to provide legal protection to the petitioners as and when needed. In these circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioners does not press this petition more, which is disposed of accordingly. Let copy of this order by supplied to Mr. Khadim Hussain Khuharo, learned Deputy Prosecutor General Sindh to ensure compliance.
