During arguments it has come to our notice that the trial court vide its order dated 02.03.2011 has granted bail to the present applicant against surety in the sum of Rs.4,800,000/- and consequently the instant bail application was not maintainable. When confronted counsel admits that at the most the applicant could have approached this Court for reduction of surety but the second bail application was totally incompetent specially when the first bail application was allowed by the trial Court. In view of this fact this bail application is dismissed, however, the applicant would not be arrested for 07 days for availing appropriate remedy in accordance with law.
