Constitution Petition. Counsel for the petitioner, on the instructions of
missing person namely Mr. Johar Abid advocate, does not press the petition any
more.
Missing
person Mr. Johar Abid advocate pointed out that he is contesting General
Elections 2024 and he has some grievances. Mr. Johar Abid advocate may approach
concerned forum for redressal of his grievances regarding Election matters.
Since
missing person Mr. Johar Abid advocate has voluntarily appeared before this
Court. Therefore, the petition has achieved purpose, it is accordingly disposed
of.
