Inspector Shamsuddin, SIO, P.S. ‘A’ Section Shahdadkot recorded 161 Cr.PC statement of Mst. Amara Saleem. I.O. states that Mst. Amara has stated that she has not been abducted but she has married to Sajid Ali Harho against the wishes of parents. I.O. states that he will dispose of F.I.R. bearing Crime No.43/2013 under section 452, 365-B, 148 and 149 PPC in the light of 161 Cr.PC statement of Mst. Amara Saleem and would recommend the disposal of the case in “C” Class. I.O. is directed to submit such report before the concerned Civil Judge/Judicial Magistrate within seven (07) days, thereafter the concerned Civil Judge/Judicial Magistrate shall pass appropriate orders on such summary. I.O. further states that he will provide every protection to the couple if and when needed. In these circumstances learned counsel for the Petitioners is satisfied that his grievance has been ventilated and does not press this petition, which is disposed of accordingly.
