I.O. Inspector Ghulam Muhammad Mahar of P.S. “A" Section Sukkur has recorded 161 Cr.PC statement of Mst. Ambreen in Crime No.26/2013 under sections 365-B, 344, 452, 504 PPC and states that Mst. Ambreen has stated that she has not been abducted but she has married to Wahid Ali Shah against the wishes of parents. I.O. states that he will dispose of F.I.R. No.26/2013 under sections 365-B, 344, 452, 504 PPC in the light of 161 Cr.PC statement of Mst. Ambreen and would recommend the disposal of the case in “C” Class. I.O. is directed to submit such report before the concerned Civil Judge/Judicial Magistrate within seven (07) days, thereafter the concerned Civil Judge/Judicial Magistrate shall pass appropriate orders on such summary. In these circumstances learned counsel for the Petitioners is satisfied that his grievance has been ventilated and does not press this petition, which is disposed of accordingly.
