Through this criminal revision application, applicant, who claims to be the owner of the Truck has challenged the order passed by the learned Judge CNS Thatta, whereby application moved on behalf of the applicant for restoration of Truck has been dismissed. We have heard the learned counsel for the parties. It is by consent ordered that trial Court shall conclude the trial within 15 days and order regarding disposal of the Truck involved in this case shall be passed after hearing the applicant in accordance with law.

Criminal Revision application is disposed of accordingly.
