          Through this petition, petitioner Ahsanullah sought following reliefs:

i.        To direct the respondent No.2 to unnecessary harass to the petitioner and his family members through the respondent No.3 to 5 and other law enforcing agencies which are working in the province of Sindh by taking the illegal advantage his uniform and name of the Chief Minister House and not interfere in the Civil nature matters without jurisdiction.

 

ii.       Direct the respondents No.3 to 5 to take legal actions against the respondent No.6 to 8 and as per complaint pending before the respondent No5 filed by the petitioner and also direct to the respondent No.3 to 5 to provide legal protection to the petitioner and his family member for their lives and property as according with law.

 

iii.      To direct the respondent No.2 to 5 to not lodge any false FIR against the petitioner and his family members without prior permission of this Honourable Court.

 

iv.      Any other relief/reliefs, which this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper under the circumstances of the case.

 

          Notices were issued to the respondents as well as Advocate General Sindh. Comments have been filed by Respondent No.5, SHO Police Station Model Colony, Karachi, in which it is stated that no harassment whatsoever has been caused to the petitioner nor the petitioner shall be harassed in future. Mr. Abdullah Rajput, A.P.G. also states that official respondents shall act strictly in accordance with law. In these circumstances, Mr. Chaudhry Khalid Ahmed, Advocate, after seeking instructions from Mr. Zakir Hussain Khaskhely, learned advocate for petitioner, says that he is satisfied and does not press this petition more and it is disposed of accordingly.
