Respondent No.5 SHO P.S. Gadap Town Karachi submitted para-wise comments in which it is stated that FIR bearing Crime No.241/2012 under section 324, 506, 504 and 337-A PPC has been disposed of in cancel class.

It may be mentioned that during the course of hearing of petition, petitioner Mst. Mehwish Mughal stated that she has filed a Suit for Dissolution of marriage and recovery of dowry articles, she has small children, there is no progress in her Family Suit No1443/2012. Learned VIII Civil/Family Judge Karachi West is directed to dispose of the said Family Suit within two months strictly in accordance with law under intimation to this Court.

Heard arguments. Petition is allowed. JUDGE
