Comments have been filed on behalf of Respondents, which have been taken on record. Counsel for the petitioner says that since the alleged abductee i.e. daughter of the petitioner has married one Jamshed Ali and Nikahnama has been placed on record, therefore, the grievance, if any, on such marriage will be ventilated in appropriate forum. As to the instant petition he states that police officials may be directed not to cause any harassment to the Petitioner. Police officers present in Court have made a categorical statement that neither any harassment was caused to the Petitioner nor they intend to cause and that they would act strictly in accordance with law.

We consequently dispose off this petition in the above terms.
