This petition was entertained only to the extent of alleged undue harassment, which was caused to the petitioners. Comments have been filed on behalf of SHO, P.S. Sohrab Goth and S.P. Gadap Division. The officers present say that neither any harassment was caused to the Petitioners nor it would ever be caused.

It appears that there is certain dispute regarding agricultural land between the petitioners and the respondents and a Civil Suit bearing No.1674/2009 is already pending. Notwithstanding, this Court while entertaining this petition has already observed that claim regarding making fake entries in the record would be agitated before the appropriate Forum.

Since a categorical statement has been made on behalf of the respondents that no harassment whatsoever would be caused to the Petitioners, we dispose off this petition, accordingly.
