The grievance of the petitioner in the instant petition as pleaded before us is that the reinvestigation of Crime No.420/2010 under Sections 420, 406, 506, 504, 337-A PPC of P.S. Jamshed Quarters, Karachi, is pending since long and the Respondents be directed to conclude such reinvestigation at the earliest.

On issuance of notices, parawise comments have been filed on behalf of Respondents Nos.1 and 3, which are taken on record. The Investigating Officer present in Court says that reinvestigation would be completed within a period of 07 days. This satisfies the Petitioner, who seeks disposal of this petition, accordingly.

The petition accordingly stands disposed off.
