On the last date, the petitioner was put to notice to satisfy the court as to the maintainability of this appeal against the order in revision passed by the Bench of this Court.

This matter was called out several times in the morning but no one was in attendance on behalf of the appellant and the matter is being taken up again after tea break but none is in attendance though name of the counsel for the appellant appears in daily cause list. Accordingly, High Court Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
