                         Respondent No.3   has filed  comments in which he has discussed  that he has furnished all the desired documents to the competent   authority.  Learned counsel for the petitioner has referred to a letter dated 18.3.2008 addressed  by the Finance Department to the District Accounts Officer requiring  him to furnish  the details of the documents so that appointment of the petitioner on the  Deceased Sons Quota should be considered in accordance with the law.

                        We direct the respondent No.2 to decide the matter of the  petitioner in accordance with the law and rules within a period of two months. 

                        The petition is disposed of in the above terms.
