            Heard UTP. He has moved application for transfer of his case on the ground that his case was pending before learned III-Additional Sessions Judge, Dadu who has expired and the Court is lying vacant and it is not known that when another learned Judge will be nominated.

            In view of  such position the case crimeNo.196/2005 and Crime No.207/2005 of Police Station Khairpur Nathan Shahare withdrawn from the file of learned III-Additional Sessions Judge, Dadu and are transferred to the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Dadu for expeditious trial which should be completed within three months and the compliance report be submitted to this Court through Additional Registrar.

            The application is disposed of in the above terms.
