                        The petitioner inspite of notice is repeatedly called absent. The respondent No. 1 has submitted his written statement, in which he has denied the allegations leveled against him, and has further disclosed that the grand son of the petitioner is hardened criminal and absconding in many criminal cases of District Shikarpur and so also cousin of petitioner, namely, Ghulam Shabir is also involved in many heinous cases.  However, the police officials present in Court are directed to act strictly in accordance with law.

                        The petition is accordingly disposed of.
