Through this Constitution Petition,
petitioner Pirthvi Raj seeks protection against the police
officials/respondents. Notices were issued against the respondents as well as
Prosecutor General. Comments are filed by SHO PS Boat Basin/ respondent No.6 in
which allegations have been denied. Addl. P.G as well as AAG undertake
that official respondents shall provide protection to the petitioner in accordance
with law.
In the view of such statement,
counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition anymore, it is
accordingly disposed of.
