Counsel for the petitioner submits
that missing person has safely returned home on 19th April 2024 and
on instructions, he does not press the petition more. However, he submits that
on the last date, CNIC of the missing person was blocked. DAG recorded no
objection, in case CNIC of the missing person is restored by NADRA. Petition is
accordingly disposed of with directions to NADRA to unblock CNIC of the missing
person as per Rules.
