reported that missing person namely Mumtaz Ali was
arrested in FIR No. 80/2024 for offences under Sections 353, 324, 34 PPC and
FIR No. 81/2024 for offence under Section 23(1)(a) of
Sindh Arms Act 2013 and now he has been granted bail; today he is present
before the Court. Remaining two missing persons namely Irfan Channa and Munsif have also
returned back.
In the view of above development,
counsel for the petitioner on instructions, does not press the petition, it is
accordingly disposed of.
