This is an application for return of
surety. It appears that protective-cum-transitory bail was granted to accused Asifa Khalid and Madiha Muqeet for six days by this Court vide order dated 06.05.2024
in the sum of Rs.100,000/- each and P.R bond in the like amount. Surety was
furnished by Muhammad Kamran son of Muhammad Perveez Akhtar Anjum by depositing cash.
It is stated that accused Asifa Khalid and Madiha Muqeet surrendered before
the trial Court on 09.05.2024 and they have been granted ad-interim pre-arrest
bail. Copy of order dated 09.05.2024 is annexed along with the application of
return of surety.
DAG recorded no objection for return of
surety.
In the view of above, application for
return of surety is allowed. Nazir is directed to
return the cash to the surety, after proper verification and identification as
per Rules.
