Mr. Ali Abbas Chohan advocate for
petitioners has filed statement to handover physical possession of the premises
to the respondents in the month of March 2025 subject to certain conditions.
By consent, petition is disposed of
in the following terms:
(i)
The
arrears of the rent shall be paid by the petitioners within one month i.e. upto
15.01.2025.
(ii)
So
far other months upto March 2025 are concerned, monthly rent shall be paid by
the petitioners regularly before 10th of every month to the
respondents and petitioners shall hand over vacant possession of the premises
to the respondents on or before 30th March 2025.
