     Since serious allegations have been leveled by the petitioner against the police officials in respect of an incident allegedly took place on 09.11.2009. The D.I.G. Mirpurkhas is directed to get conduct the enquiry through well reputed police officer and take action against the respondents in the light of such enquiry report and intimate this court. The above exercise shall be completed within a month after receipt of this order.

     This petition stands disposed of in above terms alongwith listed application.
