complainant has placed on record the affidavit giving his no objection for the
grant of bail which is taken on record. However, since the offences are not
compoundable and the complainant has not denied happening of the incident,
therefore, the effect of such affidavit becomes unconstitutional. Learned
counsel for the applicant seeks time to argue on the point of the value of such
affidavit.
