ORDER

Agha Faisal, J.         The petitioner, claiming to have been engaged by a third party contractor at some time in the past, has invoked the writ jurisdiction of this Court seeking regularization of service in Sui Southern Gas Company Limited.

This issue has recently been determined by a Full Bench of this Court in judgment dated 22^nd April 2024 in Muhammad Arif vs. Federation of Pakistan & Others (CP D 875 of 2020) and connected matters (“Muhammad Arif”).

            The judgment in Muhammad Arif is squarely applicable in the facts and circumstances herein, therefore, in mutatis mutandis application of the binding ratio so determined this petition is hereby dismissed.
