Agha Faisal, J.         The petitioner claims to have been appointed by the Government of Sindh in 2011 and filed this petition in 2016 seeking orders to join duty. At the very outset, the learned counsel was confronted with the issue of laches and he remained unable to satisfy the Court in such regard. The respondents have filed their reply, stating that the documents relied upon by the petitioner are fake, forged and fabricated.  No rejoinder etc has been filed by the petitioner to the averments of the respondents herein. The writ jurisdiction of this Court is not amenable for resolution of disputed questions of fact, requiring inquiry, evidence etc[1]. and even otherwise the learned counsel remained unable to displace the preponderant bar of laches. The petition is found to be misconceived, hence, dismissed.
