Through this application the surety in the case has prayed for the return of surety with the directions to the petitioner to submit the bond/surety equivalent to the amount/value of the estate of the deceased. Today, the petitioner has moved an application with a request to allow him to furnish the title document of the properties involved in this petition instead of furnishing surety as he is unable to arrange any other security/surety.

The listed application is allowed with the direction to the petitioner to submit the original documents of the property before the Nazir of this Court, thereafter the letter of administration be issued in favour of the petitioner.
