                        The trial Court has submitted progress report in respect of Sessions Case No.227 of 2023 which reveals that charge against the accused was framed on 06.9.2023 however, process issued against complainant party was returned unserved. Respondent No.1 present in person submits that  case before the trial Court has ended in acquittal by way of compromise. 

                        Accordingly and in view of statement of respondent No.1 duly affirmed by ASI Deedar Ali  present in Court who was  I.O of the case., instant  criminal miscellaneous application is hereby dismissed having become infructuous.
