O R D E R.

                        Through this application, applicants seek  their admission on pre arrest bail in Crime No.46 of 2023 of P.S Sachal District, Larkana for offences under Sections 279, 337-G, 337-F(iv), 506/2 PPC. Applicants filed anticipatory bail application before the Court of Sessions which subsequently was assigned to 4^th Additional Sessions Judge, Larkana in Cr.Bail Appln.No.1522 of 2023 where after hearing the parties  their request was turned down vide order dated 05.10.2023, hence this application has been maintained.

2.                    Since the facts of the prosecution case are already mentioned in the FIR as well as bail application and the order passed by trial Court, therefore, there is no need to reproduce the same.

3.                     Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the parties have settled their dispute outside the Court and therefore, they will file proper application before trial Court, hence pray for confirmation of bail.

4.                     Complainant Munwar Ali Kalhoro bearing CNIC 43203-27475627 admits  that they have compromise each other  outside the Court, therefore, he has no objection  for grant of bail as well as  confirmation of bail.

5.                    Learned Addl. P.G  in view of above joint statements does not oppose the bail application.

6.                    Since the offences with which the applicants are charges are compoundable and the complainant who is present in person admits the factum of compromise and raises no objection for confirmation of the bail as well as grant of instant application, therefore, instant application is hereby allowed  Interim bail granted to the applicants on 06.10.2023 is hereby confirmed on the same terms and conditions.

                        The bail application stands disposed of.
