4. By this petition, it is stated by the petitioners that they have married of their own accord, therefore, they are going to be involved in a false case by their relatives. By stating so, they have sought protection from such harassment. No cogent ground is advanced by the petitioners for approaching this Court directly, without exhausting the remedy which was available to them before the learned Sessions Judge/Ex-officio Justice of Peace, concerned. Consequently, the instant petition is converted into application u/s.22-A/B Cr.PC with direction to the office to transmit the same to the learned Sessions Judge/Ex-Officio Justice of Peace, Dadu,      for its disposal, per law.
