1.                    Over-ruled.

2.                    The petitioners by way of instant petition have sought quashment of FIR Crime No.18/2024, u/s.506/2, 148, 149 PPC of P.S Ghouspur and FIR Crime No.77/2024, u/s.380 PPC of P.S A-Section Kandhkot, with directions to the officials to provide legal protection to them.

                        Today, a report is furnished on behalf of S.S.P Headquarters, Larkana, stating therein that on further investigation it is concluded that the subject FIRs have been registered on false grounds and those are recommended to be disposed of under false “B” class through the concerned SHOs of police stations.

                        Under the discussed circumstances, it appears that the purpose of filing the instant petition has been served and it is disposed of accordingly with direction to the official respondents to provide legal protection to the petitioners in the event of need.
