01.                   Over-ruled.

02.                   By way of the instant application under section 526 Cr.PC, the applicants sought transfer of their case to any of the Court of competent jurisdiction at Larkana, mainly for the reason that they are apprehending danger to their lives while attending the Court at Shikarpur. Nothing has been brought on record which may suggest that the applicants are having genuine apprehension for their lives while attending the Court at Shikarpur. The instant application has been filed only to defeat the early disposal of the case, which is of 2020. No criminal case could be transferred from one to another district based on self-procured grounds. Consequently,   the instant application is dismissed accordingly.
