By consent this Criminal Misc. Application is disposed off by modifying the impugned order dated 10.7.2009, passed by the Presiding Officer, Special Court (Offences in Banks) Sindh at Karachi in case No. 10 of 2009 (The State V/S Arshad Iqbal & others) to the extent that instead of security, the surety in the sum of Rs. 2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lacs only) and P.R. Bond in the like amount will be accepted for extending bail to the accused Aziz Shah.
It is stated by the applicant that the Presiding Officer of the Banking Court has gone for performing Hajj and that the process of taking of surety will not be completed and her husband will not be released for a long time and the Eid is approaching, she requests that the surety be accepted by the Nazir of this Court and release order be issued by this Court. Order accordingly.
