2. Petitioner states that legible/better copies have already been filed. The office objection is, therefore, overruled.

3. Granted subject to all just exceptions.

4&5. It is, inter alia, contended by the petitioner that respondent No.3 S.M.Law College has a long history of having its Principal appointed amongst its Senior Faculty Members and not from the outside the College and that Board of Governors of College in league with the Government of Sindh are proposing to induct an outsider as Principal of the said College. He states that such act of respondents 1 & 2 will go contrary to the concept of legitimate expectancy so also it is likely to create dissatisfaction amongst the Faculty Members and students of the College.

Issue notice to respondents as well as Advocate General, Sindh for 08.12.2009 till then respondents are directed to maintain status quo.
