ORDER

 

Shamsuddin Abbasi, J.    The petitioner seeks directions restraining respondents No.7 to 19 being Teachers not to become enemies of best education/ examinations of students of SSC-I, II of GBHS Nasirabad and pressurize, emphasize the respondents No.2 and 3 and management to recall the order of petitioner being Incharge Factotum for annual examination of SSC-I, II at GBHS Nasirabad and to direct the respondents No.4 to 6 to provide necessary protection to the petitioner, his family members at the hands of respondents No.7 to 19 and also provide security at the hands of respondents No.7 to 19 at the time of annual examination of SSC-I, II at GBHS Nasirabad in order to avoid any mishap at the time of examination of students.

 

            Notices were issued to the respondents. They have filed their comments.

 

            Learned Addl. A.G. ensures on behalf of the official respondents that smooth process of the examination will be continued and no one will interfere in the process.

 

            The SSP Kamber-Shahdadkot has also files his compliance report and submits that police patrolling has been enhanced during examination hours and as per contingency security plan he has deployed police officials at different examination centers and will maintain law and order situation during process of examination.

 

            Learned counsel for petitioner being satisfied with the comments and statement made by learned Addl. A.G. seeks disposal of the petition with directions to the official respondents to provide protection to the petitioner and the lady Head Mistress in accordance with law.

 

            In view of above this petition stands disposed of with directions to the official respondents to carry out peaceful process of examinations; maintain law and order salutation and provide protection to the petitioner and other officials/ staff who are engaged in examination process.
