ORDER
Agha Faisal, J. Petitioner agitates entitlement to a residential family quarter in the Staff Colony of Central Prison, Larkana. An application in such respect has been made to the relevant authority on 06.05.2024 and immediately thereafter this petition has been preferred on 14.05.2024. The relevant application is said to have been filed before the relevant forum, hence, no case is made out for recourse to writ jurisdiction. Petition found to be misconceived is dismissed in limine. .
