            Following office objections merit consideration on the very onset:

(i)         Advocate to satisfy the Court as to how this petition is maintainable in view of PLD 2019 Sindh 168.

(ii)        Advocate to state as to how this petition is maintainable without CNICs of petitioners No.1 and 2.

(iii)       Family tree certificate, certificate of marriage and affidavit of Nikah Khuwan are to be filed.

            Learned counsel is confronted as to maintainability of this petition. He is unable to satisfy the Court. In view of application of the judgment of division bench of this Court reported in PLD 2019 Sindh 168, this petition is found to be misconceived and is dismissed.
