ORDER

Agha Faisal, J. An interlocutory order dated 16.10.2023 was passed by learned IV-Senior Civil Judge, Larkana, and the revision there against was also dismissed vide order dated 13.3.2024 passed by VI-Additional District Judge, Larkana. The suit remains pending, however, it is an interlocutory order and the order dismissing the revision in respect thereof that have been assailed before this Court in the exercise of writ jurisdiction.

            The learned counsel remained unable to demonstrate any patent infirmity in the orders impugned or that they could not be rested upon the rationale relied upon. Counsel also remained unable to satisfy the Court as to how this petition could be entertained in view of section 115(4) CPC.

            No case for invocation of the discretionary writ jurisdiction is made out, hence, this petition is dismissed in limine.
