Agha Faisal, J.         The order sheet dated 17.04.2024 lists “for hearing of main case” at serial number 5. At serial number 5 the order reads “Dismissed being misconceived”.

            Per petitioner, the dismissal order is a clerical error. We find it inopportune to ascribe any meaning to the order other than the plain meaning thereof. Petitioner remained at liberty to prefer a review or appeal.

            Office to take note that this is a disposed off matter and may be treated accordingly.
