ORDER

Agha Faisal, J. The petitioner, claiming to the part of an NGO, has filed this petition pertaining to some dispute of fishing licenses allegedly awarded to his nephews, not party hereto. Prima facie the petitioner is devoid of any locus standi to prefer this petition. Even otherwise the dispute is of a private and contractual nature not amenable for adjudication in the writ jurisdiction of this court. Petition is found is to be misconceived, hence, dismissed.
