ORDER

Agha Faisal, J.         The petitioner has invoked the writ jurisdiction of this court seeking possession of immovable property stated to be in the hands of private respondents. Upon query as to how a possible suit for restoration inter se private parties could be couched as a writ petition, learned counsel had no response.

            The petition also seeks protection, however, such a plea is prima facie barred by the judgment of this Court reported as PLD 2019 Sindh 168.

            Therefore, this petition is found to be misconceived, hence, dismissed, along with pending applications, in limine.
