3&4. Learned counsel for the petitioners, at the very outset, submits that the controversy agitated through instant petition, whereby, the petitioner has challenged the vires of Section 7E of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001 introduced through Finance Act, 2022, is already pending before this Court in number of petitions, including C.P. No.D-4614/2022 in the case of Hakimsons (Impex) (Private) Limited & others v. Federation of Pakistan & another wherein, notices have been issued to the respondents as well as to the Attorney General of Pakistan under Order XXVII-A, CPC, hence requests that notice of instant petition may also be issued to the respondents and instant matter may be directed to be taken up alongwith aforesaid petition and other connected petitions, which are fixed for hearing on 08.09.2022. Order accordingly.

Let pre-admission notice be issued to the respondents, as well as to the Attorney General for Pakistan under Order XXVII-A, C.P.C., to be served through first three modes, for 08.09.2022, when comments, if any, shall be filed with advance copy to the leaned counsel for the petitioners.
