Instant High Court Appeal has been filed against impugned judgment dated 04.06.2022 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in Suit No.1104 of 1997, whereby, according to learned counsel for the appellants, the suit filed by the appellants under Fatal Accident Act, 1855, seeking compensation/damages on account of negligence on the part of the respondents has been decreed, however, the learned Single Judge has not decreed the suit for the amount claimed by the appellants in this regard, whereas, the observations made by the learned Single Judge are not in accordance with law.

Let pre-admission notice be issued to the respondents, to be served through first three modes, for a date to be fixed after four weeks, when objection/reply, if any, shall be filed with advance copy to the learned counsel for the appellant.
