Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that action may be taken against the respondent No.8 i.e. Emran Rashid Khan, who according to learned counsel, is a Commander Security Force, KPT and is creating harassment to the residents of Keamari and in the garb of removing encroachment has installed container and intend to allot surrounding land, which is creating nuisance in the area.

Let pre-admission notices be issued to the respondents as well as Advocate-General Sindh, to be served through first three modes, for 12.10.2022, when parawise comments, if any, shall be filed with advance copy to the learned counsel for the petitioners.
